Natural Products Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Ekta Forest, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our natural products and services. We take great care in delivering premium-quality products like A2 Ghee, Wood Pressed Oil, Mango Pulp, Farm Honey, and other offerings. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel an order or request a refund. Please read our policy below to understand the terms and conditions related to cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation Policy

We strive to process and ship orders promptly to ensure timely delivery of our products. If you wish to cancel an order, the following terms apply:

  • Cancellation Before Shipment: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at contact@ektaforest.com or call us at +91 87992 20930. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.
  • Cancellation After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement, subject to the conditions mentioned in our refund policy.

Refund Policy

We take every precaution to deliver our products in excellent condition. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist with a refund or replacement.

  • Eligibility for Refund: Refunds will be processed only if:
    • The product is defective or damaged during transit.
    • The product delivered does not match your order.
    • The request for a refund is made within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide proof of damage or discrepancy, such as photographs, along with your refund request.

  • Refund Process:
    • To initiate a refund, email us at contact@ektaforest.com with your order details, reason for the refund, and supporting documents.
    • Once the request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Please note that certain circumstances do not qualify for a refund:
  • Products that have been tampered with or used after delivery.
  • Requests made beyond the specified 48-hour timeframe.

Minor variations in colour, texture, or flavour of our natural products, as these are normal due to the organic nature of our offerings.

Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will be happy to ship a new product to you, provided your request meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above. Replacement requests are subject to product availability.

  • Due to nature of the products all the services and products offered through the website are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • All sales are final and cannot be cancelled and no exceptions will be made.
  • We cannot accommodate changes or refunds.
  • Amount will be non-refundable in all cases.
  • The customer is not allowed to cancel the order.
  • We do not provide refunds after a purchase has been made.
  • This applies to both products and services offered by Ekta Forest.
