- Warm the ghee and add it little by little while stirring. The mixture will start bubbling and thickening.
- Once the mixture leaves the sides of the pan, transfer it to a greased tray. Let it cool slightly, then cut into pieces.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 cup chana dal (cooked and mashed)
- ¾ cup jaggery
- ½ cup Gir Cow Ghee
- Cardamom powder
Instructions:
- First, knead wheat flour with water and a spoon of ghee. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Cook chana dal until soft; mash it and mix with jaggery. Cook again until thick. And add cardamom powder.
- Take a dough ball, roll it out, add the filling, and seal it. Roll again into a flat paratha.
- Heat a pan, place the puran poli, and cook both sides while adding ghee.
Enjoy with extra ghee on top of Puran Poli.
4. Ghee Roasted Paneer
Paneer is one of my all-time favorites, but when you roast it in ghee, it becomes a next-level delicious dish. Everybody loves it.
Ingredients:
- 200g paneer (cubed)
- 2 tbsp Gir Cow Ghee
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp red chili powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
